Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the hotel's complimentary breakfast area. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in providing a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests in the breakfast area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking supplies and cleaning tables.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including specialty coffee and tea drinks.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or food service industry preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
