Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, with uncapped earning potential. We also offer guaranteed base pay, assistance with student loan repayment, no lab fees, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA/FSA options, company-paid short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and malpractice insurance coverage.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our vibrant team. As a Part-Time Associate Dentist, you will engage in community service while enhancing the positive image of our company. You will participate in morning huddles to foster teamwork and appreciation among staff, and work with a patient base that is primarily children, making up over 70% of our clientele.
- Provide exceptional dental services to our patients with the support of a dedicated team.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current licensure to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
- Certifications in CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (if applicable to your state).
- A compassionate and dedicated approach to dental care for all age groups.
