Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Route Operations Specialist.

This role will involve managing daily routes, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily routes and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, and update the system accordingly.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the delivery or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
