Home Infusion RN Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Infusion team. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and education to patients receiving parenteral medications in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion therapy and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform therapy-specific clinical assessments
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and self-care
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or CPR certification
- 1+ years of experience working as an RN in a clinical care setting
- Proficient with electronic medical record documentation
- Proven willingness and ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive care and support to patients and caregivers
- Experience administering infusion therapy in a home or alternate-site setting
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) programs
- Knowledge of the Infusion Nursing Society (INS) standards of practice, policies and procedures
