Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, counseling, and medication management services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and potential interactions, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Administer immunizations and other health services, promoting health and wellness in our community.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other pharmacy staff to ensure seamless patient care and medication management.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices, regulations, and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and pharmacy operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
