Job Summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (as required by facility contract or state regulation).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior RN experience preferred.
