Job Summary:
Prime Physicians, PLLC. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist to perform various laboratory tests and analyses to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking.
- Collect, process, and analyze patient samples, maintaining accurate sample identification and integrity throughout the testing process.
- Record, interpret, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining comprehensive and organized laboratory records.
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and precision of laboratory tests, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in proficiency testing programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is required.
- Experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
Compensation: $72 per hour
