Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs and preferences
  • Collect and analyze data to inform care decisions
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Registered Nurse (RN) practices
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility)
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
