Multi-Faceted Leasing Representative

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Multi-Faceted Leasing Representative to join our team at Elmington. As a representative of our company, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for effectively executing a successful lease up while managing day-to-day operations.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, enjoy 11 paid holidays, 2 weeks of Paid Time Off in your first year, a paid birthday off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending account, and a 401K plan with long-term and short-term disability options.

Lease Up Specialist: Assist in effectively managing the community's reputation via social media, direct communication, marketing, and the communication of teammates.

Community Ambassador: Serve as the positive energy and brand of the community, maintaining a professional image, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the community, team, and residents.

Problem Solver: Offer solutions with every problem, work with passion, take pride in your work, and be an effective listener.

Goal-Oriented Individual: Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income, think creatively, and conceptualize new ideas to enhance business performance.
