Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

We're seeking a skilled and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a hotel receptionist, where you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing room bookings, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
  • Mitigate customer complaints as needed
  • Work with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
  • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
  • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel

Qualifications:
  • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

$14 hourly
