Caregiver Liaison

Empathy Home Care Inc is a leading provider of personalized care services in Minnesota. We are currently seeking a skilled Caregiver Liaison to join our team.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead Activities and Socialization: As a Caregiver Liaison, you will lead activities and socialize with clients, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
Community Outings and Personal Care Assistance: You will assist clients with community outings, personal care tasks, and develop basic living and social skills to gain optimal independence and integration into the community.
Transportation and Advocacy: You will transport clients to and from the community using company-provided vehicles and function as an advocate and supporter to our residents.
RequirementsCompassionate and Communicative: To succeed in this role, you must be compassionate, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to pass a MN DHS Background Study.
Qualifications and Experience: We prefer candidates with past experience as DSP or related positions, a valid driver's license, car insurance, and 18 years or older.
