Bell Person Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bell Person to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Bell Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by handling luggage, performing duties in accordance with Fairmont standards, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle guest luggage and ensure it is delivered to their rooms in a timely manner.
  • Keep curbs clear of cars at the doors and maintain a clean and organized bell cart.
  • Shine shoes and deliver newspapers and guest accounts to rooms.
  • Post functions on the reader board and maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Requirements:
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Must have open availability.
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
