This role requires the RN to effectively utilize the nursing process, integrating technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practices, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications:
We prioritize hiring exceptional individuals, which is why we require:
- ASN / ADN from an accredited nursing program, with the ability to obtain a BSN within four years of hire, or a minimum of fifteen years of continuous RN experience in an acute care setting.
- Current RN license in Colorado or a compact license with the ability to obtain a Colorado RN license.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (ACLS/NRP/PALS as applicable).
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of nursing experience.
- One year of Telemetry nursing experience.
Physical Requirements:
The role necessitates the ability to:
- Visually assess patient needs and operate medical equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
- Manipulate delicate equipment with precision.
- Lift and transfer patients safely.
- Navigate busy environments and stand for extended periods.

The hourly wage for this position is competitive and based on experience.
