Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse Case Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care by managing rehabilitative services to achieve optimal outcomes. This role involves:
- Providing orientation to patients and families regarding the case manager's role and rehabilitation processes.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Current RN licensure; BSN preferred.
- A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, with preference for candidates with case management or critical care experience.
- Certification in case management or utilization review is preferred.
- Experience with InterQual is advantageous.
Schedule
This position requires flexibility, with a commitment to work a minimum of five shifts within a four-week schedule, including weekends and holidays.
