We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Delta Companies.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will work in a skilled nursing facility, with some assignments in assisted living and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in SNF or a clinical rotation/externship in the SNF.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of 20 members and 2 Rehab Techs
  • Familiarity with NetHealth is preferred
  • Meet 90% productivity goal, with some flexibility
  • Preferred schedule is Tuesday to Saturday

Requirements:

  • Dress code is mandatory: ceil blue scrub top and black scrub pants
  • COVID VACCINE REQUIRED?

Location Highlights:

The position is based at the 109-bed Oak Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center in Brooksville, FL, with an attached assisted living facility.

What We Offer:

Days off to be provided

BILL RATE: $70-$75 based on experience
