Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, ideally in engineering.
- Over four years of experience in the GMP-regulated Biologics/Pharma sector.
- A solid understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, including Manufacturing Batch Records and Validation Protocols.

- Strong leadership skills to manage projects and timelines effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of bioprocessing techniques such as cell culture and chromatography.
