Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients with medical and surgical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado or multistate licensure for NLC eligible states
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Pediatric Medical Surgical Nurse
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, and other relevant certifications as required by the facility
