Job Description

**System Transport is Now Hiring Experienced Flatbed CDL-A Drivers**

We are seeking skilled and reliable truck drivers to join our team. As a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver with System Transport, you will have the opportunity to drive a variety of routes and haul a range of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently to transport goods across the country
  • Ensure timely delivery of cargo and maintain accurate records of shipments
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers to coordinate logistics and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards and maintain a clean driving record
Benefits:
  • **Competitive Pay Package**: Earn $0.52 to $0.66 per mile, depending on experience, and $900 - $1,600 per week, depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service
  • **Paid Orientation**: Includes airfare, single-occupancy room, breakfast, and lunch
  • **Excellent Benefits**: Benefits are available to enroll in after the eligibility waiting period has been met, including long and short-term disability, health savings account, 401(k) with match, employee assistance program, life insurance, and more
  • **Pet Policy + Guest Rider Policy**: System Transport does not allow pets, but allows riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving
Requirements:
  • **Valid Class A Driver's License (CDL-A)**
  • **Minimum of 6 months of driving experience required**
  • **Safe driving record on the road**
  • **Must be 21 years of age or older**
  • **No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years**
  • **Background check required**
  • **Clean drug test required**
  • **Clean clearinghouse results required**
  • **Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice**
