Family Medicine Residency Program Director

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Residency Core Faculty member to join our innovative family residency program. As a core faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of family medicine and contributing to the development of our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a timely and cost-efficient manner to a broad range of patients consistent with the specialty of Family Medicine.
- Supervise resident physicians and maintain a personal panel of patients.
- Participate in night call activities, inpatient rounds, and weekend call activities for the practice and residency.
- Engage in all practice policies and procedures, including QA projects and maintaining hospital privileges.
- Develop and assess required and elective curriculum design, and participate in scholarly activity projects with residents.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Experience in family medicine education and training.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
