As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Department Management: Manage the Hemodialysis Department, including nursing staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements related to hemodialysis.
- Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Education and Development: Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives for staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in hemodialysis.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree required within 3 years of hire.
- Certifications: Professional certification in a related nursing specialty required; Nurse Executive certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical and leadership experience in hemodialysis required.
