Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Leonardo DRS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality assemblies to meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Follow written work instructions and adapt procedures to meet special needs.
  • Work under minimal supervision on duties and tasks that are frequently non-routine.
  • Perform advanced-level assembly functions, including prep, mechanical, harness, cable, printed circuit board sub-assemblies, spray application, and inspection.
  • May perform soldering and installation of components to contract specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, Process Flow Instructions, and other written or verbal instructions.
  • Responsible for producing quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly.
