Concrete Mixer Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ready Mix Concrete Driver to join our team at CEMEX. As a Ready Mix Concrete Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to various construction sites. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety.

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of concrete to meet customer needs
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, including regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Acceptable CSA - MVR
• No DUIs or DWIs in the last 5 years, no more than 3 moving violations in the previous 3 years
• High school diploma, preferred

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and physical demands. The successful candidate must be able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and work at heights.
