Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Execute a variety of tasks to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
  • Emergency Repairs: Provide immediate repairs for production equipment during operational hours and conduct scheduled maintenance during downtime.
  • Control Panel Assembly: Construct and wire control panels according to schematics, ensuring proper layout and functionality.
  • Mechanical Skills: Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
  • Documentation: Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders, maintaining an organized filing system for repair manuals and maintenance records.
  • Problem Diagnosis: Identify issues, replace or repair components, and perform necessary adjustments.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and uphold preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery, vehicles, and cranes.
  • Operator Training: Educate operators on their preventive maintenance responsibilities.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a cost-effective inventory of parts for secure storage and easy retrieval.
