We are looking for an experienced Cabinetry Woodworker to enhance our team. This position involves the installation of cabinetry in upscale custom residences. A solid grasp of woodworking practices, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to crafting both functional and visually appealing cabinetry are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the cabinetry installation team to fit millwork, trim, and ornamental elements such as doors, baseboards, crown molding, and mantels.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials utilizing woodworking tools and machinery.
  • Install cabinetry and woodwork on-site, ensuring precise fit and operational functionality.
  • Engage with the Cabinetry Team Lead and colleagues to review project specifics, offer insights, and resolve any issues.
  • Uphold a clean and organized work environment, following company protocols and safety standards.
  • Experience with various cabinet styles, including face frame, inset, and European, is advantageous.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in millwork installation within custom homes.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a cabinetry woodworker or in a similar capacity within a woodworking shop or cabinet-making facility.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Skilled in operating woodworking tools and equipment, including saws, drills, sanders, and routers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in measurements and craftsmanship.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong time management abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift and handle heavy materials and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and contractors.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to acquire new skills and techniques.
  • Prior experience in custom cabinetry and furniture-making is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various wood types, finishes, and their characteristics.

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, with overtime as necessary
