Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team. As a CMA, you will play a vital role in providing medication administration and treatment assistance to our residents. Responsibilities- Administer medications to residents according to healthcare provider orders
- Supervise residents who self-administer medication, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor residents' physical condition and report any changes or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of CMA experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience working with older adults is preferred
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
