About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RN with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assess patient conditions, interpret clinical data, and document findings effectively
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with the clinical team, patients, and their families
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Clear/Active Illinois Registered Nurse License
  • 1+ years of ER experience
  • ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS obtained within 90 days of hire
