About The Role:
The Customer Credentialing and Master Data department is responsible for onboarding new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and verifying healthcare professional licenses.
The ideal candidate will process customer requests accurately and efficiently, utilizing various systems, including SalesForce and SAP, while collaborating across business functions to drive Customer Master Data analytics, reporting, and process improvements.
Your Responsibilities:
Compliance and Onboarding
- Conduct yourself in accordance with all standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers timely and effectively.
Data Management
- Monitor and track the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring successful and timely completion.
- Determine necessary paperwork requirements for new customers and change requests.
Customer Support
- Complete follow-up informational calls, emails, and/or case updates to customers and sales representatives within service level requirements.
- Update changes to existing customer data in SAP, identifying and resolving requests, discrepancies, and communicating necessary information to complete requests efficiently.
Work Prioritization
- Monitor work queues, prioritize incoming authorizations, and delegate tasks effectively to ensure company standards and contract obligations are met.
Licensure and Quality Control
- Proactively review and maintain customer licensure, acting as a 'Gatekeeper' for ESTA by ensuring products are sold only to qualified licensed healthcare providers.
Process Improvement
- Leverage tools and expertise to minimize duplicate account creations, identifying and consulting with others on opportunities to consolidate duplicate records.
Metric Monitoring
- Monitor real-time metrics and reprioritize duties to maintain service level.
Strategic Partnership
- Participate as an active strategic partner in business decisions and project works teams, especially when master data is involved.
Reporting and Governance
- Deliver reports and requested information to stakeholders, including auditors.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the development of Customer Master policies and procedures.
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with master data governance guidelines.
Audit and Quality Assurance
- Audit customer data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
Innovation and Collaboration
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and present them to team leadership.

Education
