Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in industrial cleaning services.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough janitorial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces throughout the dealership.
  • Maintain cleanliness in service shop areas, ensuring all bays are swept and toolboxes are cleaned meticulously.
  • Conduct detailed cleaning of equipment such as tire and brake rotor machines, AC units, and battery chargers.
  • Dispose of trash, tires, batteries, and spare parts by transporting them to designated disposal areas.
  • Empty used oil and coolant containers following proper disposal guidelines.
  • Ensure restroom facilities are clean, well-stocked, and sanitized throughout the shift.
  • Assist with special projects, such as deep cleaning carpets, service shop ceilings, windows, or other dealership areas.
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other dealership staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Keep entryways presentable and clear of debris.
Requirements
  • Ability to work Monday-Thursday 3pm-12am and rotating Friday or Saturday 8am-8pm
  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role for at least one year.
  • Physically capable of performing assigned tasks (walking and standing for extended periods, lifting up to 80 pounds, and working in various weather conditions).
  • Consent to a background check and drug screening.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with no major violations.
