The Tommy Nobis Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vocational Rehabilitation Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the AbilityOne Program and implementing policies and procedures to support the career advancement of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with AbilityOne Program requirements, including audits and certifications.
- Case Management: Provide guidance and support to supervisors and staff on compliance requirements and career advancement opportunities.
- Program Development: Design and implement programs to support the career advancement of our employees, including individualized job customization plans and career development initiatives.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff on AbilityOne Program requirements and career advancement strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the Tommy Nobis Center and SourceAmerica/Commission on AbilityOne matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 4 years' experience in rehabilitation, intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health, or related field in program management required.
- Certifications: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
