Solera Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Caregiver PRN to join our team. As a Memory Care Caregiver PRN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents with memory impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide physical support and mobility assistance, including transferring and walking
  • Ensure residents' safety and well-being by monitoring their condition and reporting any changes to the nurse or supervisor
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in care planning and implementation to meet the unique needs of each resident
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in senior care or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
