Position Overview:
We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health Department. This full-time role involves treating patients and collaborating closely with our Primary Care providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including comprehensive psychiatric assessments and medication management for individuals in the Behavioral Health Department.
- Collaborate with our integrated behavioral health team to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide psychiatric consultations to primary care providers and patients, both in-person and through telepsychiatry.
- Educate physicians and nursing staff on psychiatric conditions and medication management within the primary care framework.
