Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hemodialysis Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced dialysis environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing medical procedures.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN licensure in state of practice.
- Minimum 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology nursing.
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
- CPR BLS Certification required.
