About the Role

The Center Director plays a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the pregnancy care center, ensuring excellent client care and smooth functioning across all offices. This position requires a strong commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network, as well as excellent leadership and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and oversee pregnancy peer counseling and support services to clients to increase positive impact in clients' lives
  • Contribute creatively to the development of effective ministry strategies and programs
  • Support the operation of the hotline and client lead conversions
  • Lead and supervise subordinate staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Plan and oversee center budget and expenditures, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability
  • Develop and implement reports related to client, staff, and center needs, informing strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to annual planning and implement goals, aligning with the organization's mission and vision
  • Assist in marketing opportunities and fundraising events, promoting the organization's mission and services
  • Engage with partnership organizations and present the organization's mission and services
  • Recruit, interview, train, supervise, and oversee a small number of office volunteers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church
  • Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
  • Agrees with and is willing to uphold Caring Network's Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network
  • Adheres to clinic policies and procedures
  • Lead, initiate, and participate in prayer as appropriate
  • Ability to share the Gospel, the good news of salvation
  • Possesses the ability to answer questions in alignment with the Bible
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experienced in administration, counseling, and human services
  • Strong computer skills and skilled in problem solving
  • Dependable and dependent on God
  • Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, harmonious, and teachable
  • Calmly navigate rapidly changing priorities
  • Exhibits consistent timeliness
  • Works as part of a team with a positive, humble, truthful, and gentle attitude
  • Must be compassionate, loving, full of respect for others, and able to leave judgment in the hands of God
