Role Overview: In the capacity of Senior Preconstruction Manager, you will work in close partnership with Project Executives and Estimators to formulate detailed preconstruction strategies, ensuring the effective delivery of forthcoming projects. Your responsibilities will include setting operational standards for job sites, mentoring field personnel, and enhancing the overall productivity of project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing preconstruction schedules and logistical frameworks
  • Assisting in the estimation and procurement processes
  • Creating field operation procedures
  • Training field personnel on established protocols
  • Monitoring all team projects and resource allocation
  • Facilitating communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Managing relationships with subcontractors and observing market trends
  • Collaborating with various departments to deliver a comprehensive package to clients
  • Overseeing client communications
  • Participating in all preconstruction meetings and ensuring the accuracy of meeting documentation
  • Identifying essential scopes and qualifications for Estimators

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in Construction Management
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and P6
