We are seeking a skilled Paraprofessional to join our team at Delta-T Group. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioral and educational needs.

• Assist students with daily activities, including boarding and exiting school buses
• Provide behavioral support and assistance to students with severe disabilities
• Help prepare and set up materials for student participation, following teacher direction
• Offer instructional, behavioral, or physical assistance to students individually or in small groups
• Assist with large group activities, such as drill work, reading aloud, and storytelling
• Maintain daily activity logs for assigned students
• Alert regular teachers to any problems or special information about individual students
• Serve as the chief source of information for assigned students to help substitute teachers

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass State and national background checks
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children
