Job Summary

Foster Farms is seeking a skilled Corn Line Operator to join our team. As a Corn Line Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the production process and check line fill to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Record oven temperatures, tortilla weights, and take samples for quality control.
  • Manually add ingredients to the mixer and adjust bulk water according to the recipe.
  • Assemble and set-up corn line equipment in accordance with the work order.
  • Obtain and position ingredients and supplies to the mixing work station.
  • Report to assigned work station and obtain tools, check equipment, and check recipe as required.
  • Secure all equipment, perform general housekeeping duties, and complete all required paperwork at the end of the shift.
Requirements
  • Ability to use and learn to use equipment and tools used to perform the job.
  • Ability to perform all job functions safely.
  • Ability to meet company standards for the job.
  • Ability to follow instructions and understand written SSOP's and MSDS.
  • Ability to work scheduled and assigned times, including required overtime.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to submit and pass a criminal background check.
