We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate at Food Lion. As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, helpful, and responsive to customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the store's mop room.
- Participate in daily checklists and sanitation standards set by Food Lion.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the Manager on Duty.
