As a key member of our team, you will work under the supervision of a Project Engineer to design small to large-scale highway projects, including roadway rehabilitation, intersection improvements, and interstate widening.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and review existing information, including field work and site investigations.
  • Originate technical calculations to advance project design.
  • Assist in developing roadway construction, intersection grading, traffic control, and signing and pavement marking.
  • Develop 3D models using civil engineering software such as Bentley OpenRoads Designer or Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports and project specifications.
  • Perform work under supervision in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software, including Bentley OpenRoads Designer or Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
