Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Drafter to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across the United States since 1990.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop survey plans and construction documents for complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor.
  • Work efficiently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform work with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities.
  • Maintain company CAD standards throughout projects.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or an Associate's Degree in a CAD-related field.
  • Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easements, and vacation plats.
  • Microstation experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional client service skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained.
  • General knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
