Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Support the sales floor team by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns and exchanges.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to drive sales and improve store appearance.
  • Work effectively with the sales floor team to achieve business objectives and support store initiatives.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
