We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Holliswood Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Hollis, NY.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, collecting vital signs, and monitoring food and liquid intake.

Responsibilities
  • Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
  • Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
  • Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Helping residents with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid LPN State license
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
