Position Summary
We are in search of a Lead Installer / Skilled Trim Carpenter to enhance our professional team in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Our leadership embodies integrity, diligence, and transparent communication with both clients and team members. We are looking for a full-time Installation Specialist with a strong background in cabinetry and carpentry, and we are committed to offering continuous training throughout your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute installations of closets, flooring, garage cabinetry, and various storage solutions in residential settings.
- Accurately measure spaces and articulate the installation process to clients, setting realistic expectations.
- Organize job schedules and manage crew dispatching as necessary.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards across all installation projects.
- Communicate effectively and honestly with clients, both verbally and in written form.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Construction experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- General knowledge of construction practices.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter, particularly in cabinetry, doors, drawers, and crown molding installation.
- Dependable, Honest, and Punctual.
