We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Champion to join our team at Lucwork Enterprises, Inc. As a Service Champion, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, while also assisting the team with other job duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service all the time, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Food Preparation and Service: Take and/or prepare food and drink orders, answer questions about menu items and promotions, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Teamwork: Work well as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, and contributing to a clean and tidy workspace.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a regular basis.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 90% of shift time, and lift 35-50 pounds.
- Manual Dexterity: Must have good manual dexterity to be able to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
