Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Catering Packer to join our team at Tatte Holdings LLC. As a Catering Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our catering orders are packed accurately and efficiently, meeting the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify that all items prepared by our savory team meet specifications and are clean, with no drips or smudges.
  • Complete the packaging of every item according to packaging, labels, and cutlery specifications.
  • Consolidate all items in an order so they are together ready for hand-off for delivery or pickup.
  • Maintain a clean and organized packing station, free of food debris and clutter.
  • Restock all items that are kept in the packing station.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all Tatte team members.
  • Perform job duties safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions and Essential Functions
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry 25 lbs occasionally throughout the day.
  • Constant standing and walking.
  • Occasional stooping or kneeling.
  • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s).
  • Count products.
  • Examine and inspect all items to ensure that quality specifications are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members.
  • Knowledge and understanding of product and packaging standards.
  • Capable of working in a team setting.
  • Attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience working in a catering environment.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume production facility.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Experience working as a member of a team.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
