About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guidance Systems Analyst to join our team at KBR. As a Guidance Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of the PATRIOT missile system's Guidance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Guidance performance data from Live Firings, Ground Testing, and Simulation
  • Develop Test Plans and participate in PATRIOT testing
  • Write Test Incident Reports (TIRs) as necessary and review TIR responses
  • Review and stay up-to-date with Software changes to PATRIOT Guidance and supporting areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidance performance into other system architectures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical) or science (Physics)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • US Citizenship
  • Eligibility for a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of MATLAB, C/C++, Python, SQL, Visual Basic (VB), C#, or other high-level programming languages
  • Experience in Air & Missile Defense Weapon Systems, Flight Tests/Ground System Tests, Data Analysis
  • Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
