We are currently seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Long Term Care. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in long-term care facilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
