Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Evaluate patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based interventions to enhance patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of safety and respect within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- CURRENT Licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse; BLS Healthcare Provider certification required. ACLS preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Two years of experience in acute care preferred; Tier IV and V require three years of experience in critical care.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage a team to ensure quality patient care.
