Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the upcoming academic year. As a Virtual SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat communication disorders in students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student, including those with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify voice or speech disorders, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Educate students, parents, and caregivers about speech disorders, their causes, and how to support individuals with communication challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with colleagues and administrators.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • SLP-CCC certification and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school setting, with a focus on speech therapy.
  • Previous experience with teletherapy is highly preferred.
