PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

• Perform Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve issues with hydraulic and electrical systems, as well as perform repairs on molding machines and supporting equipment.
• Installation and Maintenance: Install new assets, including electric, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as perform routine maintenance on building and auxiliary equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on assigned functions to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge: A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.
