Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Delray Medical Center. As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the State of Florida

• BLS certification; ACLS, Basic EKG, and CCRN certifications preferred

• Prior clinical experience in a healthcare setting
